I see your point, but the piece clearly put the hit on the Republican Governor. I can’t believe he came up with this idea and from what I have read, the idea originated with the city of Flint and with the protest of Detroit. All the local governments down there seem to be democrats, including Detroit. I found it unfair to find the one Republican in the state to put the blame on…notwithstanding the title “How America poisoned my children.”
