The Culture Of Southwest Minneapolis.

It’s all about normal stuff. Its about meatball subs and MGD beer. It’s about hanging out, talking, and eating with each other. The thing I like about south Minneapolis is that you feel like you have at least one thing in common with everybody else that lives there. That one thing is a love for southwest.

I meet a lot of people and very rarely do I meet somebody who lives in southwest and doesn’t like it. Really, what can you say bad about it? There are two big beautiful lakes, lots of green space, Nicollet and Lyndale Ave, and you can drive from 58th to Franklin and almost every street is in high demand.

I really feel like the south side is one of the best places to live in the country. If you can find a good piece of property hold it forever. I met a guy today that bought his house 60 years ago for $10,000. Its worth $350,000 now. Imagine getting a place in Kenwood or Lowry Hill 60 years ago?

Don’t take my word for it though:)
