Ingredients

2 glasses of water (400 ml)

1 pack of baking soda (10 grams)

4.5 cups of flour (540 grams)

1 teaspoon of salt (8 grams)

200 grams of melted butter

1 tea glass of oil (100 ml)

1.Mix 2 glasses of water and 10 grams of baking soda

2.Add 4.5 cups of flour and 8 grams of salt, knead for 3-4 minutes

3.Let the dough rest for 10 minutes

4.Divide the dough in half, then divide each piece into four and roll into meringues

5.Let the meringues rest for 15 minutes

6.Roll out the meringues to 35 cm and brush with a mixture of 200 grams of melted butter and 1 tea glass of oil

Shape the dough with an apparatus or knife and wrap as shown in the video

7.Let the wrapped dough rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour

8.Roll out the dough to 25 cm in diameter and cook on medium heat, turning constantly until both sides are well browned

9.Repeat with all remaining bread
