EQUIP and REAL are the last two stations of PASSENGER. Equip is basically a tool box which have collect all tools from previous stations of PASSENGER. And Real means being real during the interview.

HR Professionals

For practicing these two stations in the better ways. We as a group having five members which are Hamza, Ahsan, Arosa, Shahbano, and Samreen visited three HRs RESPECTFULL SIR MUHAMMAD ALI ANN ,RESPECTFULL SIR ALI EMRAN, AND RESPECTFULL SIR AMAR WAHEED. We all are really thankful to all these professionals that they give us their very precious time and valuable suggestions.

During Interview

We ask the following questions to the HRs.

  • In your experience, how important do you think it is to be yourself in an interview?
  • How do you identify if a candidate is being real or not during the interview?
  • What suggestions you may have on how to be fully prepared/equipped for an interview?
  • Can we be unreal or show something which we don’t posses at time?
  • What is the best possible answer of to the question which you don’t know?
During Interview

After the interview we conclude these following take-ways:

  • Choose and focus on one field or skill and become expert in it and don’t focus on different fields.
  • Do as much practical work as you can related to our field to become a professional.
  • Do certifications and courses related to our field.

After the conclusion the main thing how to apply these take ways.Firstly, focus on one skill to brighten it in the best way. We do more courses related to our field. Do the projects which gives certificates.
