This is a terrifying statement. What would you have the companies do to “change the environment?” Everyone should be free to express themselves as they see fit. If they want to express ugly things, then so be it. How is any of this a problem? If an individual does not want to interact with the world, then don’t interact online, cuz that place is accessible to the world. Last time I checked the world wasn’t a nice place. We’ve got a looong way to go on that one. Implying that companies should be deciding what is okay and what is not okay to express online is evil.
