The other major reason of this body condition is carbohydrate or iron deficiency. So, keep your diet balanced and healthy.

The body temperature variation also depends on the kind of food that we are consuming. If we eat an ice cream or a cold drinks, we feel colder inside. And if we eat spicy food, we feel hot.
