Wait, what? Hasn’t anyone heard of disclosing stuff on a need-to-know basis? If you are letting people all across the food chain know this stuff then you are at fault. If you made sure only people at certain levels knew about this, and they ended up leaving your organisation, then you have a bigger problem.
