Everyone makes mistakes from time to time, even those with years of training and expertise in a certain field. At the highest level of international affairs, this truth is exemplified by examining the historical relationships between nations. In life, we all make errors and grow from them. But in the world of marketing, journalists and news organizations typically highlight people’s accomplishments. This is the point at which Amanda Sibley decided to present the other viewpoint in the corporate world.
