Hi John, I was really surprised that only 9% of folks check their reviews daily. You can get sooooo much valuable information by listening to your customers. We get real-time notifications via Slack/Email so that we can be really responsive to our customers. If they are frustrated due to a bug, we can fix it and have a new release out the next day. The result? Happy customers!
We do this by using an app called Telescope. It gathers all of our reviews for us and makes managing this so much easier.
