As a follow-up article, it would be curious to read how this pre-digital mentality shapes digital transformation projects companies embrace. I see so many companies talking about digital transformation (in fact, they all pay lip service to it), but in the end so few follow through. Is that the case of good intentions foiled by shifty vendors? Digital transformation being a catch-all term for any type of tech? Or tech potential not filtering through due to outdated metrics?
