Fixing the Inequity of Startup Equity

I’ve seen my friends struggle with this first hand. It’s shocking how few companies educate their employees on the 90 day window before they accept their offers. Often times someone will decide to leave, realize they can’t buy their options, and then end up begrudgingly staying. Terrible for morale, like you said.
I love this suggestion and the public approach to tackling it; that list of companies is all of a sudden much more appealing to work for.
