My favorite fitness regime is walking and yoga. I set a goal for myself that I will complete a half marathon before I turn fifty. I will be 50 in July and I am attempting a half marathon next week! Wish me luck!
Thank you for sharing your experience. It is very similar to what I experienced. I have stuck to the LCHF regime because it helped me go off my metformin and statin. I do indulge in some cheat meals but I go right back on track the next day.
