First of all, congrats on all those achievements! I think they're super cool, interesting, something you should definitely bring up at one point. But I'm not sure your resume is the best place to write that. I would not write those.

However… You seem quite invested. This is important to you. I've never won a half marathon and might not fully understand what that feels like. But you do. If you feel like you really should mention it, do it. You can and should ignore my advice when it's something that important to you. In the end, it's your resume and it should ultimately express who you are as a professional. I'd still suggest you keep it concise with a one liner, mention it at the end.
