No he’s not a felon. In order to be one he would’ve had to be charged and convicted of a felony. His only conviction was bringing a hidden camera into a Federal Government building; just a rank misdemeanor, not a felony.
That’s why he was called a criminal (but not a felon) by CNN when he broke the story of the DNC and Hillary’s SuperPAC working together in collaboration, in direct violation of campaign finance law.
Methinks it would behoove you to do further research into what it is that you think you know. Or: It ain’t what you don’t know that gets you into trouble. It’s what you know for sure that just ain’t so.
