Letter II
Dear Future Wife,
Picking where we left off on the introduction I had for you, there are three things that I mentioned that were critical; who I am, what I believe in, and what I will be doing by the time we get married.
Today, I will shed some light on the kind of person I am. That’s according to my past experiences and what I have been told according to those I call my friends.
Firstly, I was born a Leo. I hope our star signs align. I’m not superstitious, but from past experiences, I think the stars never lie.
I’m a Sanguine-Melancholy. You will have a good time. There is no dull moment here. I promise the energy coming your way is good.
I’m kind and generous. And one day, I would love to have an orphanage or sponsor one. I want to offer a helping hand to someone who is less privileged than we shall be.
I’m loyal. This is in public domain, so I will be held accountable if I lie.
I believe in family units. I want to be the best husband to you. And a great father our children. I will treat you like royalty. If I ever forget, pull this out on me and I will work on myself. I will love you, in good and bad times. When we are down, we’ll build each other up and work a way forward. When we are down remind me that we are ordinary people.
I am a creative. I love all things music. I hope you love music as much as I. Jazz, it’s my favourite genre. But I listen to everything from Classical music to EDM. I play guitar and piano, and sing as well. I will serenade you with songs on a lazy Sunday afternoon.
I am extra loveydovey and I love love. I am clingy. I have to let you know just in case you think I’m leaving. I’d love to wake up with kisses on my face or me kissing your face. Just know that I crave kisses.
Sometimes I feel weak and alone. Maybe it’s cause I’m not married yet. Oh well that’s why you are here, two are better than one. But when I get low, please be my rock .
I cook and clean. And will be happy to do that with you and for you. Any day. I’m not marrying you for the dishes or the laundry, I’m marrying you because I need a companion and friend. And most importantly, because I love you.
My favourite things include the colour blue, strawberry flavoured ice cream, and apples.
If I keep no secrets, I might be a bore. So for now, I will end here. Just in case we meet or have already met, you can offer to buy me strawberry flavoured ice cream over a tell all conversation.
Yours,
Arthur
