Why Twitter’s Dying (And What You Can Learn From It)
umair haque

So after 9 minutes, as Medium promised me, it’ll take me to read it, I guess I’m having this feeling “Gosh I felt this way but I didn’t realize it” So here are what I think about it.

First of all, @Ev do you think Jack will manage to reverse it, to heal Twitter?

Second, is Twitter alone at having this huge problem? I don’t think I can blame Twitter for the rise of NEGATIVE in the world — Ukraine, Syria, Afganistan. Twitter as any social media is our mirror and yes I don’t think I like what I see there. I believe I know why — it doesn’t reflect bright and smart people for the most part, they are in minority on Twitter. You are absolutely right.

You know what? It’s sad but I think the world in its current state doesn’t deserve Twitter as it is now — too open! To open to abuse. If Jack will change it radically it won’t be the Twitter we knew, if not — it will fade away…
