The world is preparing for a huge leap forward with 5th generation wireless systems. The hype is already there, and everyone is anticipating its introduction potentially in 2020. In fact, Ajit Pai the FCC Commissioner is planning to push the United States into the transition from 4G to 5G. Of course, many other countries are preparing to step up their telecommunications "game" as well.

The introduction of 5G has been one of the most anticipated events in world’s technological history. However, analysts suggested that smartphones with 5G capabilities will not be available in large numbers anytime soon.

5G networks need to be established first in order to be used. This can take some time, and it will be much longer before 5G smartphones become viable. What does that mean for us? The networks need to be expanded across the world, which gives us more time to establish a stronger foundation on 4G networks first.

For now, however, we are positive that the demand for 4G LTE networks is still overwhelming, and we expect it to be so for at least another 5 years. We will proactively upgrade to 5G as the demand for it rises. We believe that once a 5G wireless system takes root in developed countries, growth will be rapid. We see this as a potential growth for our company, and we plan to push forward to 5G when it happens. As such, our customers will receive better services at just the perfect moment. Along with our rapid expansion, we are positive that the 5G will be welcomed in many communities.

At Horizon, our mission is to bring the world together through the telecommunication services we provide. purpose The bright future of an interconnected world is on the Horizon!
