The Gita, was an integral part of India’s culture, history, philosophy, knowledge, literature, mythology and spirituality. With the advent of technology and fast paced lives for once the touch to this very root of the being was starting to be forgotten. It was then, that few wise men realized that the philosophy is not only relevant in daily lives but also reveals corporate lessons. Many researches done in this field suggest that the child’s brain is capable of developing linguistic, memory, creativity, inference, concentration and excellent listening skills.

Exposing them to the learning of Gita at this age would be the best thing done for the child. However, having said that it is also known the kind of distractions and aspirations children have. It may become a challenge for them to read the original form of it, nevertheless they can start with reading the simpler forms of it.

Another interesting way to get the children to know about the Gita is getting them listen commentaries on it.
