Good article and gives a quick comparison of current vs future experience. Chatbots are definitely great way to introduce and promote the product and/or services offered. “Personalized” and “Customized” conversational bot product is the key. Bot products with “one-size-fit-all” feature does not scale far. There is a ton of good, creative work to be put in place before Chatbots become a new standard mode of interaction.
