Why I’m Sick of Political Correctness*

I commend you for your frank and unbiased sharing. I believe that we should not protect or shield our kids from the influences out there but instead act to mitigate or explain them. That is our role as responsible well-educated adults.

And I believe it is more important to be correct rather than being politically correct. Too much PC leads to an erosion of convictions and character. A person may not have views that agree with everyone else’s but the right to express them is fair. However, once those views are out in the open, the need to account for them is also fair and necessary. Here’s for fair and open and unbiased debate. Thanks again for your post.
