Maybe it’s a little early, maybe it’s not, for some people it will always feel early, who are we to decide really. You seem to call his joke about whistles disgusting, but were you there at the cellar that night? Did you hear the joke personally, or are you reading statements about a joke you did not hear, and taking offense to it?

Maybe he did want to come out and talk about everything, maybe it made him feel extremely uncomfortable, he might’ve panicked and anxiety might’ve driven him to do something else, or maybe he just wanted to do jokes that he always did because it made him happy for a moment. He admitted to his mistakes, he’s sorry he did, how do you prove to someone that you’re sorry enough.

If someone makes a mistake does that mean they shouldn’t be granted a single ounce of happiness, should they should indulge in self harm to appease you? We all are living this shit charade called life, and his life is relatively harder because his celebrity status removes any semblance of privacy. Louis Ck walks out of house after allegations, Louis ck seen at grocery store after allegations, are these even necessary?

You have no idea what’s actually going on in his head. Just because someone smiles on the outside doesn’t mean they don’t repent it, just because he goes back to his job, doesn’t mean that he is a threat to the workplace, and it is not for you to decide how long it takes for a human being to rehabilitate. He is human after all, treat him like one too. His actions were disgusting but let’s not treat him like a second rate citizen. Let him atone the way he wants to atone.
