I really love Discord, they have built a beautiful and beautifully fast app.

What I find really interesting is that although the product is geared for gamers, I like many others discovered it via the ReactJS developer community, as explained here: https://facebook.github.io/react/blog/2015/10/19/reactiflux-is-moving-to-discord.html.

Since Slack doesn’t support open communities, there seems to be a giant gap in the market for this, and Discord have nailed it. I wish them the best.
