I agree Abhishek! With the two concepts being merged into one, the lines are a little blurry, but one can start in either direction. And at the end of the day, if you receive both fulfillment and money out of it, I’m all for it :)
I must say i’m extremely jealous of your amazing job haha.
You’ve hit the nail on the head! I don’t agree with the need to chase the hustle for monetary satisfaction. If we are trying to fulfill our needs outside of our job roles, I advocate for starting out with hobbies. Like I said, if you find success is making it your main focus and…
Thank you for taking the time to read my article.
Reading your article also made me realize that yes in fact there are two sides to a story. I agree that if you are truly unhappy in your current position that pursing something you are passionate about full-time isn’t such a bad idea. However, I was always curious about the other side…

Great article Nik!
I work in the healthcare industry and staff engagement and encouragement have recently been brought up as important components in changing behaviours for the better. Especially now that the industry is moving away from puniti behaviours to more of a learning culture it is important to get the buy-in before…
I would love to be right there with ya in the future!
