User Research is Important

After taking classes like HCI, UX Design, and Product Studio, I became aware of how important technical and user research is in developing a product.

This past week in Studio, we discussed our Napkin Canvases during scrum. In receiving feedback from other groups ranking our Napkin Canvas, it was clear that our main risks could only be addressed through more market research. To gain that knowledge, we would have to conduct multiple interviews with individuals of a diverse population.

Conducting user research properly is a key factor in ensuring we develop a successful product.
