1. Can you work on providing a clear support channel for existing and erstwhile investors related to any queries or issues related to taxation? Specifically, your post makes it seem that IRS is considering bitcoin investors as ‘bad actors’ as a starting point and the onus is on users to prove they are just casual investors/ speculators/ tech enthusiasts
2. Can you please change the verbiage to advocate for all US residents, whether citizen or not? Clearly your platform is open to all US residents regardless of their nationality (which is generally the case with all finance platforms as they cannot discriminate on certain bases). Even though this is purely notional, it will still tell current and prospective users that you’ll fight for all investors equally
3. Can you please elaborate how a Medium blog post will change any aspect of your (and consequently users’) interaction with IRS? Per my knowledge, faceless government bodies are hardly convinced by online arguments. Unless you make it a petition and ask users to sign it in some way
