- moderation is the key to self-preservation. when in doubt, opt for less.
- invest in people who invest in you, and let go of the rest.
- gut feelings are good ones. follow them.
- water is wonderful. drink it.
- alcohol hurts heads — and productivity. time spent hungover is never time well spent.
- social media is exhausting. turn it off.
- time moves fast, and you will always wish for more of it. keep moving.
- if you’re unhappy, do something about it. the change you choose may not be a perfect fix, but moving yourself in one direction will open more doors than standing still.
- sweat kills 99% of all demons. go for a run.
- you have one body. take care of it.
- you will always have regret. do not let it define you — or hold you back.
- good friends are rare gems. keep them safe, and treat them well.
- save. budget. spend. money is a balancing act.
- be nice to people. how you make others feel is the most lasting impression you can leave on someone.
- speak your feelings. they deserve to be heard.
- you are capable of whatever you set your mind to achieve. never lose sight of this. complacency is a deep hole to climb out of.
