As a scientist, I always felt that. There were times when I just needed to step back and clear my mind, to get back with a full new approach. Where I could focus for hours and come up with something new. If you try to work when your mind if feed up, all you got is a lot of “I was forced to be” ideas. Which are mostly not good.
