I honestly have a different perspective on the Taoist philosophy. For me it is much more about accepting the lack of control on many things, but different from Buddhism, it offers the perspective that “nature knows what it is doing” so no need to worry that everything will be as it should. I do not see much “acceptance of bad feelings” in taoims apart from the appreciation of emptiness…which I think is one of the major beauty of the whole thing.

So…in a sense, accepting anxiety sounds a bit opposite to the doutrine, since anxiety comes from a place of control, and not liberation.
