This recaps a large part of the argument against the Electoral College back in Nov. and Dec.

The only chamber that might change is the Representatives.The Reapportionment Act 1929, which limited the number of reps. to extant levels, meant that no matter how large the country grows representation will be fixed at 1929 levels. Clearly a mistake, and a strategy to neutralize the immigrant vote then, most likely.

That act can be repealed, but there needs to be more awareness and a democratic House and Senate and president. Not likely otherwise.
