Great insight — there are some lessons here for educational institutions and their customer experience teams. I’ve worked with universities and colleges digital platform strategies and a huge issue is not always about identifying experiences that best match user expectations (16–22) it is also the stakeholder need for other content to be visible such as research papers, articles, portfolios and that is where it gets messy and the UX experience breaks. I see an interesting lens here for discovery and support of life long learning. Thats now, useful article which has got me reflecting. Will share with clients!
