More scientific evidence that backs up who lazy our brain really is and wants to be. If it can it will avoid thinking, hence it goes into autopilot — habits (good and bad) are our brains autopilot. Neuroscience and psychological research is all nudging us to brain train into good habits — it can make reaching a goal so much easier.
