Hi Thom Tessandori. The current email forwarding uses multiple services as follows and the error could be at any of the steps.

SES Receives the email and publish for the SNS Topic -> SNS receive the message and publish for its subscribers (Which is a Lambda function) -> Lambda receives the event from SNS (Which also contains the Email record) and there is code to forward it to the receivers.

To isolate the conditions, Can you go to SNS Console and put a direct subscription to your email address and send a test email, where you should receive the email for the newly added address (Email message might be difficult to read, but the purpose is to see whether the flow goes till the SNS)?
