Story of my life

Since kindergarten I have always wanted to be a professional soccer player. I still play soccer but I realize that it will not become my profession. I really like going to school. I currently play volleyball and soccer. Even though I was cut from my junior high volleyball team, I worked hard and made the freshmen team because I don’t give up. When I was a child my mom said I should be a surgeon, and for a while I thought I would be. Now I realize that performing surgery isn’t my passion, but surgery is still interesting to me.

I Loved Her First by Heartland means a lot to me because it’s the song I share with my dad. Ever since I was a little girl my dad and I would listen and sing this song so this song means a lot to me because my dad has been such an important person in my life and he means the world to me.

At 9:00 p.m. on a Friday night I would most likely be at a football game or hanging out with my friends.

Anne Frank inspires me because she survived through a horrible time and even though she was a young girl she has left a lasting mark on our world and will continue to affect people for years to come.

Martin Luther King Jr. inspires me because he stood up for what he believed was right even though it was not a popular opinion.

Jesse Owens is inspiring because he has left a mark in sprints and long jump and is considered “perhaps the greatest and most famous athlete in track and field history.”

“If opportunity doesn’t knock, build a door.”
