Have you tried everything you know dealing with weight loss and still haven’t found the results you are looking for? Well, you have come to the right place, I will walk you through the steps for you to start seeing results. These steps are proven to work for me, and I believe they can for you too. I was bloated and had excessive stomach fat which made looked pregnant. I took over-the-counter (otc) pills to help me reduce it, but the problem kept reoccurring. By trial and error, I found the solution to my problem.

The solution was weight loss can be achieved by us changing our daily habits. These habits include drinking lots of water, allowing your food to digest before lying down, doing daily exercises, avoiding eating late at night, eating smaller portions throughout the day, and avoiding process sugars. Lets’ look at how to implement the six inexpensive ways to lose weight stated above:

1. Drink lots of water

Water is the most substantial criterion for our bodies since it helps to flush toxins out of our kidneys through urinating. Urinating often can also help to reduce the water weight stored in our bodies that restricts us from losing weight. Water allows you to burn more calories which speeds up your weight loss journey. By consuming water 30 minutes before your meal, it can help you to suppress your appetite and reduce your excessive eating habits.

  • For women, it’s recommended to consume 2.7 liters of water per day.
  • For men, it’s recommended to consume 3.7 liters of water per day.

2. Allow your food to digest before lying down

Sometimes we find ourselves eating the most delicious meals but right after we get the urge to sleep, it’s a bad habit that we tend to endorse which causes us to gain weight rapidly. The results I got from doing this were a bloated stomach, acid reflux, and unwanted fat around my tummy. Therefore, allow the food to digest for at least 2 hours before sleeping. If it’s impossible to resist the sleepiness lean upright with your head back.

3. Do daily exercises

Your daily exercises do not have to be strenuous, but it needs to be effective in giving you results. It can be as simple as,

• Doing fast-paced exercises e.g., skipping, jumping jacks, and fast jogging on one spot.

• Walking to the shopping store instead of using your vehicle.

  • Brisk walking within your neighborhood.

These tips can help you to burn fat instantly without even realizing it. You will also find yourself much more energetic throughout the day and relax at night.

4. Avoid eating late at night

At times it can be tough for persons who work the night shift to avoid bad eating habits since they gravitate to eat solid food on their empty stomachs. These foods take longer to digest and turn into fat on your body. Hence if late eating cannot be avoided you can try, eating light foods that can quickly digest e.g., crackers, low fat or Greek yogurt, fruits, nut, and oatmeal.

5. Eat smaller portions throughout the day

Eating smaller portions can control the effects of cravings which can lead to weight gain. Since the extra food eaten contains more calories intake it can disturb your weight loss process. This method can start by eating smaller portions every 4 hours without skipping breakfast since it’s the most important meal of your day. 6. Avoid process sugars

These sugars are converted into stored fat and do not burn out as quickly as natural sugars, which also allows you to retain your weight. Process sugars are found in soft drinks, candies, artificial juices, and most desserts. It can be replaced with natural sugar such as fruits, provision, vegetables, and grains.
