This is an excellent piece, so kudos. Very well-thought-out and I agree with your points here. I wonder how, with female entrepreneurship and female-founded startups on the rise, this might help to change the “hustle until you die” culture?
Many women are starting companies because they have a great idea, yes, but they’re also mothers and primary caretakers. Many are almost forced to slow down and at least *try* to find a healthy balance between work and life (although, like many things, this is often easier said than done).
Note on the above: Of course, this is generalizing based on anecdotes from my clients & network but seems to ring true though to some end across the board.
Do you think this may have a significant impact on changing the overall culture or no?
