Hi Bram,
The points are nicely put and I so much appreciate you sharing your hardships for others to learn and adapt. However, what I find most intriguing is that there is a lack of proper literature, or the “Ahas and Oh Shits" as you might put it, in the mediascape about the exexution part. When we need to approach someone, how do we connect? Where do we acquire enough credentials in such a way that trading their (customer’s) time for us looks sort of worthy to them? How do we approach high valued clients whom we can’t just call up and meet? I think most entrepreneurs lack guidance on this “Building credentials” stuff. When you are a startup and you have built your first MVP, you have no credentials whatsoever, but you need to start validating. These days, it’s almost impossible to get someone’s time if we don’t have proper credentials. I think, this dark part of “Going out and meeting prospects" deserves a little light shone upon it.
Great post by the way !!!
