The paper presents a complete approach to distributed control system design including armature and programming. The system consists of distributed regulators connected with a network. A multiple core regulator armature is proposed exercising independent bit and word units in MIMD structure. computation process is efficiently accompanied by original perpetration of semaphored memory system. The program partitioning and distribution among recycling units is made automatically by proposed compiler. For a purpose of program distribution and scheduling a graph grounded representation of the standard program is used. Developed conversion model enables compendium of named standard languages into independent graph grounded form. The distributed regulator armature has been prototyped with use of PFGA bias that enables specific perpetration and evaluation of performance. The data exchange was enforced with use of deterministic protocol grounded on token end.
