I hope you caught on to the trend of getting jacked and being flooded among men. “You look, jacked bro”

The prison lifestyle is often romanticized by Hollywood. It’s common knowledge that prisoners are often in peak physical fitness, mostly due to the lack of food and rigorous workout routines.

However, it’s not like this everywhere.

The type of prison you’re in will depend on the state you reside in. Some states have weightlifting routines while others don’t allow any physical activity at all. But no matter your circumstances, one thing is for sure: your diet and workouts can make or break your chances of living a healthy life while incarcerated.

This process of putting muscle on can be done by any means. But are these means provided to a prisoner, Well as I said by any means. I'm not biased but achieving that man's frame is what I like about it.

It’s fascinating that those who went for a call of their actions were meant to be not on good terms. But most of them look a certain type. Above an ordinary guy walking down the street.

Yet still they somehow metamorphosis themselves.

Why this want me to make a thing about it is because of the toughness they possess the scrutiny of things causes them to be sharp both mentally and physically.

Without the amenities we are offered at home we lack the certain mentality that governs the progress’s way. It's not that those chefs are fulfilling their macros or they can take away McDonald's on the way.

Here are some tips to get started on building a prison body without having to go behind bars.

1. The Prisoner’s WHY

Entering prison can be entering the jungle, weaklings are thrown out. Prey are hunted down or taken advantage of. So how do you keep yourself in shape, you appear dominant. One that wouldn't take shit from anybody. So you put on muscle. Toughen up. New year resolutions hijacking the gym but after some time drop because they lack the strong element of why.

2. Prisoners workout consistently

How do you spend time in prison, cleaning, reading as Malcolm X did, and working out often? Just to deal with boredom. Beyond conventional advice with no rest days (David Goggins yelling back at you) Compounds movement. Stacking body weight against the body to build that mass. Means more reps and 2–3 times a day.

3. Prison serves shit food

Anybody who knows about keeping themselves in shape understands the importance of what they put inside their body. In this case low-quality food. Consisting of generic gravy, cereal, and biscuits. If you look at it from a rich healthy diet perspective it does shades over the line. But what does make a difference here is that they get it consistently. 2–3 times a day. As several surveys state the inmates are starving.

4. Prisoners get adequate sleep

With zero distractions, just beauty sleep. They go to bed at a certain time following the set routine by the faculty. This sleep schedule helps those muscles to recover and studies have proven that not getting enough sleep leads to favoring the loss of muscle mass.

Conclusion:

There are a lot of ways to get in shape, but it’s important to remember that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to fitness. Try following a few simple steps. First, set a goal and create a plan that will help you reach it. Next, be consistent with your workouts. Set up an exercise schedule and stick to it every day so that you can see results sooner.

Finally, don’t give up! You’ll have bad days where you feel like quitting or not working out at all but if you stay the course and keep pushing yourself forward then looking back would be the low lands staring back at you.
