
This ‘new year resolution’ shit, works! Goal : Achieved ✓
Jan 2015 : Opened up a blank excel sheet, made 2 columns. Long term and short term goals. Let’s talk about short term. Coz there’s where things really happen. Some goals were outright ambitious and fit the phrase “ too much on the plate “.
Career, Health, Travel & Personal.
As with all good things, which take time, sometimes we underestimate somethings and overestimate others. Some things are super easy, a one day mindset game, some are indeed long term, and foolishly put under very-short term section.
The stand out part in my goals sheet has been one which i’ve been able to get done..
i.e Health !
Happy to have been consistent with good nutrition, zero fast food, almost zero soda-coke, definitely zero alcohol, and not so regular but certainly helpful HIIT & cycling sessions.
Dec 2015 : Goal was 10Kgs , Done 13Kgs. Cool Shit ! Right ?
