Sometimes i feel like a great chef who has devoted his entire life to monastic study of the art of cooking and gathered the finest ingredients and built the most advanced kitchen and prepared the most exquisite meal so perfect, so delicious, so extraordinary more astounding than any meal every created yet each day i stand in my window and watch ninety seven percent of the world walk past my restaurant into the McDonald across the street.

Running multiple companies and working with hundreds of individuals I keep realizing how as we grow older we lose our ability to ask questions. This is something we used to do constantly when we were young, and no matter how annoying we used to get we got our answers, mostly! Now in 2018, we need to revive this ability within and make sure we keep asking and make sure we attend to the questions we know the answer too. Nope! there is no shame in raising your hand up, there is should be no embarrassment in being the first one to ask, others are just waiting for someone else to do it.
