Great post! I’ve watched this video hundreds of times! What you failed to mention or may not know is that Prince “went off” in this show because Tom Petty was all mad at him the night before in rehearsal complaining that Prince didn’t know the song. And I guess that got Prince miffed enough to, my goodness, shows his stuff. Unbelievable performance.
