How to make the Ultimate Smoothie!

This is one of my favorite smoothies that I want to share with you. It can be incredibly hard to find a smoothie recipe that you specifically like, and doesn't cost you an arm and a leg.

This is seriously the quickest simplest smoothie recipe to whip up when your short on time! You can also be super flexible and creative with your own ingredients to try out different flavors which suit you.

This smoothie recipe is sure to positively kick start your metabolism in the morning. Enjoy!

What you’ll need :

1/2 cup — Juice of an Orange

1 cup — Frozen Pineapple

1 — Banana

1/2 cup — Spinach

1/2 cup — Water

Optional: A few block of ice.

Method :

  1. Dump all ingredients into a blender
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Serve and enjoy!
