I’m sorry you aren’t seeing much for results on this diet. It’s very discouraging to not see any changes when you’re trying so hard and doing everything “right”. I would suggest checking out your body fat percentage instead of BMI though because it’s much more reliable and accurate. BMI tests can show that someone is overweight but when they examine their body fat percentage they’re actually in the fitness or athletic range and don’t actually need to lose any weight.
