Changing Demographics

It wasn’t until preparing for the midterm that I fully comprehended the four challenges of organizational communication and it’s effects on society. Understanding what is claimed to sound minimal, compared to efectiveness of policy dealing with climate change, negative advancements in dealing with terrorism and highlighting positive and negative interactions of globalization, demographic change stood out to me.

Demographic change creates bigger diversity for communities making it essential for success in dealing with organizational communication. This idea explains our demographics, and are what contribute to making us who we are, and how we comunicate with others.

In todays advancing, understanding diverse world it is important to comply with regulations of discrimination. Through development and discoveries, we gain understanding of issues and also are expected to treat the unknown, different, and minority with equality. I feel comprehension of advancements in demographic change plays a large role in success in organizations.
