Why is it that, despite Protractor being billed as “Angular aware”, it is required for developers to code “waits” into the test? If an element/component was loaded, or made visible, as a part of the digest cycle, should’t the script just work even without the waits? If the application were developed in a pure Angular way, then aren’t these waits superfluous?
