the only fear that existed in this vote was fear of what a Remain vote would mean. People don’t want to be governed by people they can’t elect or kick out of office. British folk don’t want to be part of a United States of Europe. Would you want America to share governance and judicial systems in an undemocratic structure with Mexico, Canada, Guatemala, Belize and all the central American nations?

It’s not exactly much to ask to want to govern your own nation democratically like most of the world does.
