What apps/software/tools can’t you live without? Why?

Twitter- I love to read Tweets from professionals/ business people and learn more information about their jobs, what they do and how they became successful.

Facebook- It’s a good app for staying in touch with your distant relatives and people you may not see as often. Great for keeping life long connections.

Pinterest- I use Pinterest for EVERYTHING! I am always looking up outfits to wear, recipes, workout plans, basically my life is on Pinterest.

Spotify- I love to listen to music, as well as podcasts from different professionals.

What’s your best time- saving shortcut/ life hack?

My best time- saving shortcut/ life hack is pretty simple. I like to create a schedule for myself weekly, and follow it to the exact minute. I create the schedule on Sundays so that way I am prepared for the whole week. I also need to meal prep for the week. This helps me so that way I don’t have to think about my meals when I am extremely busy with school and work, I just grab a tupperware of food and go.

What everyday thing are you better at than everyone else? What’s your secret?

I am very good at going with the flow and not letting the little things get to me. I do not get stressed over small things I can’t control. I used to get so stressed out about everything, big and little alike. I was very unhappy and mad at life, one day I just decided I didn’t want to live like that anymore and changed my way of thinking.

What do you listen to while you work?

I love listening to country music in the car, but while I am working I don’t like to listen to anything. I get too distracted and will casually dance or sing to the music and my work will end up sloppy or poorly done.

What are you currently reading?

I am currently reading “You are a Badass.” By Jen Sincero https://jensincero.com

Are you more of an introvert or an extrovert?

I thought I used to be more of an introvert, but I am defintley very extroverted, I love to be surrounded by people all the time and I love to be with my friends as much as I can be.

What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?

The best advice I have honestly ever recieved is from my dad, he told me “save your money, at least 10% of your paycheck, and don’t buy something if you couldn’t pay for it with cash.” As I sign up for credit cards, if I don’t have enough money in my bank account to purchase something with cash, I simply won’t buy it. My dad has always taught me the importance of saving and I am extremely greatful he has, especially in my college age.

Where do you find inspiration and new ideas?

I find inspiration and new ideas by reading new blogs and following professionals on social media. Lately I have been into podcasts, I love listening to what people have to say.

What’s your favorite quote?

“If it’s meant to be it’ll be.” J.M Barrie. I love this quote because it is so simple, but to the point. Everything will work out how it is supposed to work out, there is no need to force friendships, force relationships, force anything in your life. Sometimes it’s hard to remember but there is a plan out there, you just need to be patient.

Everyone has their own path, don’t be afraid to be different.
