
What Is the Pomodoro Technique?
The Pomodoro Technique is a time management system that encourages people to work with the time they have rather than against it. Using this method, you break your workday into 25-minute chunks separated by five-minute breaks. These intervals are referred to as pomodoros. After about four pomodoros, you take a longer break of about 15 to 20 minutes.

In the Amal fellowship program they introduce Pomodoro Technique. My first opinion what is it i have no idea about this Technique. But after studied, i’m shocked really great idea and owsam Technique. I must apply on my daily life routines IN SHA ALLAH.
My 1st attempt according this Technique than I planned i write my life strengths and weakness in 25 mints. So, put timer on the cell phone and start writing.

Amazing, In 25 mint I take 5 mint break just checked my cell phone and my fb statues. Enjoying a lot with my commitment.
