Both are important, but yes in the fast-moving, abundant world we inhabit, I believe a lot more emphasis will need to be placed on little hires and habit loops — things we are just starting to understand.

Once a product becomes a habit, the company becomes a brand that can restart the process with more big hire value propositions (cross-sell / upsell different products) …
