Yes, often a lot harder to write a shorter version than a longer one :)

I have internalized a lot of my systems thinking both from:

“The Goal” by Eliyahu Goldratt. “Out of Crisis” and “Lean Thinking” are other books on systems thinking applied to manufacturing. “Kanban” by David Anderson is this thinking applied to software. And “Predictable Revenue” by Aaron Ross is this thinking applied to the sales process.

Systems are everywhere.
